Facility Insights
Facility Insights – understand patterns before you zoom in
This view helps you explore state-level patterns before drilling down to ZIP codes or individual facilities. All numbers are mock examples meant to show layout and structure only.
In a live version, all values would come from public CMS datasets and state inspection archives.
For now, only Texas has a detailed mock example.

How to use this state view
This is a mock version of how Maisage could help families make sense of statewide care patterns, not a judgment of any region or facility.
- Use the patterns to know where to ask deeper questions.
- Look at individual facilities, not just regional averages.
- Your own visit and impressions remain the most important data point.
